His deep experience in developing dynamic monetization models, establishing winning brands, and mobilizing resources has contributed to the achievement of commercial objectives.

M.O.U holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom. His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is recognized as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in the United Kingdom, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA). Additionally, he is a member of the Leadership and Human Resources Academy and serves as the President of the Super Mentoring and Coaching Scheme for international students. He has recently been nominated as a fellow Management Consultant (FIMC/ CMC).
